About Michael
Michael Vandenberghe is an associate in the Corporate Group of Osler's Toronto office, where he practises corporate and securities law. He has acted for public and private clients across a range of industries on transactions spanning corporate finance and mergers and acquisitions. Michael frequently represents issuers and investment banks on offerings that include reverse takeovers, secondary offerings, new issues, initial public offerings, at-the-market distribution programs and private placements, covering both equity and debt financings. He also advises on public and private M&A deals, strategic investments, and provides ongoing disclosure and governance guidance to publicly traded issuers. Before joining Osler, Michael worked in the capital markets group of a national law firm's Toronto office, and holds a J.D. from Western University and a B.A. from Queen's University.
