About Julie

Julie Mouris is a partner with a fully bilingual civil litigation practice in commercial, public, and administrative law. She has appeared at all levels of court and before several administrative tribunals, handling matters in corporate governance, insurance coverage, defamation, employment, and sports-related disputes, as well as appeals, judicial reviews, and regulatory disputes. Julie is the Deputy Editor of Advocacy Matters, a publication of The Advocates' Society, and has taught civil litigation to candidates in the Law Society of Ontario's French Law Practice Program since 2020. She joined Conway after clerking for Justice Jocelyne Gagne of the Federal Court of Canada, and before her legal career she worked with underprivileged children and vulnerable populations.
