David K. Wilson is a founding partner of Conway whose public and administrative law, appellate, and trade law practice serves sophisticated commercial and regulatory clients. His appellate practice includes numerous appeals before the Supreme Court of Canada, the Federal Court of Appeal, and the Ontario and Quebec Courts of Appeal, and he has argued public and trade law cases before federal and provincial courts and tribunals across Canada. David is a leading practitioner in federal agricultural trade regulation, assisting clients in dealings with agencies including the Competition Bureau, Agriculture and Agri-Food Canada, Transport Canada, and the Canadian Food Inspection Agency, and he advises on WTO, CUSMA, and CFTA trade issues. He served as law clerk to Justice McIntyre of the Supreme Court of Canada and coached the University of Ottawa's national champion Gale Cup Moot team.
