Civil Litigation & Dispute ResolutionAlyssa Holland is a partner with a broad litigation practice focused on administrative and constitutional law. Before relocating to Ottawa in 2020, she practiced for five years in the Northwest Territories and Nunavut, advising municipal and territorial governments, private sector clients, and individuals on administrative law, human rights, constitutional law, and commercial litigation. Alyssa is a former Law Clerk of the Legislative Assembly of the Northwest Territories, where she advised the Assembly and its committees from 2016 to 2020. Before entering private practice, she clerked for Justice J.D. Denis Pelletier of the Federal Court of Appeal and for Justice Andromache Karakatsanis at the Supreme Court of Canada. She has served on the Law Society of the Northwest Territories' admissions and discipline committees and chaired the Law Society of Nunavut's membership and admissions committee.
