Natalie Mullins is a partner in the firm's Toronto office and a Law Society of Ontario certified specialist in both Civil Litigation and Environmental Law. She focuses on complex contaminated lands disputes and appears frequently at all levels of Ontario courts, including the Court of Appeal, and before the Ontario Land Tribunal on appeals of government cleanup orders. Her experience includes toxic torts, breach of contract, fraud, misrepresentation, director and officer liability, and professional negligence. She has served as past chair of the Ontario Bar Association's Environmental Law Section.
