About Emma

Emma Williams is an associate developing a broad litigation practice. Before joining Conway, she completed clerkships at the Supreme Court of Canada in the chambers of Justice Mahmud Jamal and at the Federal Court of Appeal in the chambers of Justice Judith Woods, and she articled at a leading litigation firm in Toronto. She recently completed an LL.M. at the University of Cambridge as a Right Honourable Paul Martin Sr. Scholar. Emma studied philosophy and law at Western University, where she received course prizes in constitutional law, tort law, administrative law, and civil procedure, and was awarded the A.T. Little Scholarship and Gold Medal in Law upon graduation. She is called to the bar in Ontario and the Northwest Territories.
