About Christopher

Christopher Trivisonno is a partner with a broad litigation practice representing individuals, privately owned businesses, and public companies across a range of industries. His work focuses on complex commercial litigation, including shareholder disputes, arbitration, securities litigation, restructuring and insolvency, class actions, and professional liability and regulatory matters, and he has significant experience representing health professionals in litigation and regulatory proceedings. Chris spent the first five years of his career in New York and Toronto, working at a major U.S. law firm and then a top Canadian litigation boutique, giving him particular experience with cross-border matters including enforcing foreign judgments and letters rogatory. He was called to the Ontario bar in 2018 and the New York bar in 2015.
