About Lewis

Lewis Allen is a partner at TDS practicing corporate and commercial law, including finance and banking, mergers and acquisitions, commercial real estate transactions and leasing, securities, and corporate governance. He joined TDS as a summer student in 2009 and has spent his entire professional career with the firm, becoming an associate and later a partner. Lewis sits on the firm's Student Committee and Marketing Committee, and has volunteered with Robson Hall's Startup Ventures Legal Clinic and Entrepreneurship Manitoba's Ask a Lawyer program. He holds a J.D. and an MBA from the University of Calgary, both earned in 2012, and a B.A. (Advanced) from the University of Manitoba, earned in 2007, and was called to the Manitoba bar in 2013.
