About Joseph

Joseph L. Ulvr is a partner at Macera & Jarzyna LLP who practises across all areas of intellectual property, with a primary focus on patents. He earned a Bachelor of Applied Science in Electrical Engineering from the University of Waterloo and a Bachelor of Laws from the University of Toronto. In 2002 he passed the Patent Agents' Qualifying Examination, winning the Marie F. Morency Memorial Prize for the highest mark on the drafting portion and the J. Edward Maybee Memorial Prize for the highest overall standing in Canada. He is a barrister and solicitor and a registered patent and trademark agent.
