About Adam
Adam Tracey is a partner at Macera & Jarzyna LLP, practising across all areas of intellectual property law with a focus on serving Canadian small and medium-sized enterprises and start-ups. His work spans patent, trademark, industrial design and copyright matters for clients ranging from individual inventors to large Canadian corporations, and he manages international IP portfolios for both foreign and Canadian entities. On the trademark side, he develops branding strategies and handles clearance, prosecution and enforcement; on the patent side, he has drafted and prosecuted patents across a wide range of technologies and jurisdictions. He also advises clients on IP-related contracts and licensing, including matters arising from business acquisitions. Adam holds a B.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering and an LL.B., and is a registered Canadian patent and trademark agent.
