About Andy

Andy K. Jarzyna is a partner at Macera & Jarzyna LLP, practising intellectual property law in Canada, the United States and internationally. His work includes investigating and protecting IP rights and remedies, and negotiating technology transfer licensing agreements, with a focus on solutions that make business sense for clients. Andy is a past co-chair of the Canadian Bar Association's Trademark Committee and has served on committees of other international IP organizations. He holds a B.Sc. in Mathematics and Computer Science and an LL.B., and is a registered patent and trademark agent.
