Geoffrey Langen is an associate lawyer and trademark agent at Macera & Jarzyna LLP, focusing on patent and trademark litigation. With more than 15 years as a litigator, he has represented clients before the Federal Court, the Federal Court of Appeal, the Trademarks Opposition Board and the Patent Appeal Board, across industries including pharmaceuticals, finance, oil and gas, clothing and food services.
