Fiona Legere is Co-Lead of the firm's Intellectual Property Litigation group, focusing on patent litigation in pharmaceuticals, chemicals, biotechnology, and oil and gas. She has appeared before the Ontario Superior Court, Ontario Court of Appeal, Federal Court of Canada, and Federal Court of Appeal. After law school, she clerked at the Federal Court for Justices Snider, Crampton, and Boivin.
