About Clara

Clara Morrissey serves as Director of Immigration Programs and works as a barrister and solicitor in Toronto. She has practised exclusively in Canadian immigration law since being called to the Ontario bar in 2016, after earning her Juris Doctor from the University of Toronto in 2015. Her current work centers on permanent residence applications, covering express entry, provincial nominee and regional programs, entrepreneur and start-up visa categories, and family sponsorship. Before law school, Clara completed a Master of Arts in Philosophy at Queen's University and an undergraduate degree at the University of Ottawa. She belongs to the Law Society of Ontario and both the Canadian and Ontario Bar Associations, and has co-authored several articles on immigration topics for legal publications.
