About David
David L.P. Garson is the Managing Partner of Garson Immigration Law and has practiced immigration law since 1988. He's certified by the Law Society of Ontario as a Specialist in Immigration Law and was called to the Ontario Bar in 1990 and to the State Bar of Massachusetts. He advises senior executives and large multinational organizations on cross-border business immigration, including clients in semiconductor design, enterprise content management, and IT finance. He's a past Chair of the Canadian Bar Association Ontario's Immigration and Citizenship Section and of the Canada Chapter of the American Immigration Lawyers Association, and has been recognized in Best Lawyers in Canada since 2006.
