John Paul Ventrella is a partner at Glaholt Bowles LLP in Toronto with significant experience representing both plaintiffs and defendants in complex construction disputes. John Paul advises on all major project delivery methods, including design-build, design-bid-build, and public-private partnerships, and handles claims involving disruption, delay, negligence, and deficiencies. John Paul has appeared before the Superior Court, the Commercial Court, the Divisional Court, the Court of Appeal, and tribunals such as the Ontario Labour Relations Board and the Real Estate Council of Ontario.
