About Jason
Jason Brandt is an associate in Gowling WLG’s Intellectual Property Group. He is part of the firm’s IP Litigation and Life Sciences Practice Groups. Jason’s practice focuses on enforcing intellectual property rights, specializing in patent, trademark, design, copyright, and trade secret litigation before the Federal and Ontario Courts. Jason works with a variety of clients across a range of industries to provide strategic advice on intellectual property matters, including protecting and enforcing a client’s intellectual property rights.
