About Benjamin

Benjamin Sasges is an associate at Glaholt who advises owners, general contractors, engineers, subcontractors, and consultants across the construction industry. He previously worked at a large national firm and later in-house for a company that supplies construction materials, experience that shapes his practical approach to managing legal risk for clients. In addition to disputes work, he regularly drafts and negotiates construction, design, and engineering services contracts. Benjamin studied law at the University of Calgary, where he made the Dean's List twice and won top oralist honors at two international moot competitions, the Jessup and the Vis. He also served as a research assistant on a joint Law and Architecture project examining how building design responds to legal regulation. He was called to the Alberta bar in 2023 and the Ontario bar in 2025.
