About Andrea

Andrea Lee is a managing partner certified as a Specialist in Construction Law by the Law Society of Ontario. She is a Fellow of the Canadian College of Construction Lawyers and previously chaired the Ontario Bar Association's Construction and Infrastructure Section. Andrea holds a Bachelor of Architecture from the University of Toronto and a law degree from Queen's University, and has practiced construction law exclusively since her 2006 call to the bar. She represents owners, contractors, design professionals, and insurers in disputes over breach of contract, negligence, liens, breach of trust, cost overruns, and delay, and advises on construction contracts and design agreements. Andrea co-founded the construction law course at Queen's University, teaches in Osgoode's LLM program, and has co-authored Halsbury's Laws of Canada on Construction along with other publications in the field.
