About Kenneth
Kenneth Beallor is a partner in the firm's Commercial Real Estate Group and focuses on commercial leasing and the sale, acquisition, and financing of commercial property. He represents developers, retailers, landlords, and tenants across retail, office, and industrial properties, and handles multi-unit residential deals, mixed-use developments, build-to-suit leasing, shopping centre leasing, and sale-leaseback transactions. He previously served as corporate counsel overseeing the real estate legal department at The TDL Group Ltd., the company behind Tim Hortons. He lectures and writes on commercial leasing law for organizations including the Law Society of Ontario and the International Council of Shopping Centers, and co-edited a text on landlords' rights and remedies in commercial leases. Ken earned his LLB from Osgoode Hall Law School and was called to the Ontario bar in 1991. He is ranked in Chambers Canada, the Canadian Legal Lexpert Directory, and Best Lawyers in Canada for real estate work.
