About Erin

Erin Maher is an associate at McInnes Cooper's St. John's office with a particular interest in litigation, construction law, and professional regulation. During law school Maher completed a technology law internship on the regulation of artificial intelligence and worked as a teaching assistant in dispute resolution and criminal law classes. Maher earned a JD from the University of Ottawa in 2025 and a B.Eng in Ocean and Naval Architectural Engineering from Memorial University of Newfoundland and Labrador in 2022, and volunteers as an official with Skate Canada.
