About Jessica
Jessica Marshall joined Rochon Genova as an associate after articling and summering with the firm, and she was called to the Ontario bar in 2024. Her class action work spans pharmaceutical and product liability claims, institutional abuse, securities misrepresentation, and consumer protection and privacy matters, with appearances before the Superior Court of Justice and the Court of Appeal for Ontario. She earned her JD from Osgoode Hall Law School, where she served as a division leader with Osgoode's Community and Legal Aid Services Program, coordinated the Trial Advocacy course, and took part in moot and negotiation competitions, working closely with clients before tribunals such as the Landlord and Tenant Board. Before law school she completed a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology at Queen's University. She belongs to the Advocates' Society, the Ontario Bar Association, and the Canadian Bar Association.
