About Stephen
Stephen Codas is a partner whose family law practice covers custody, mobility, financial and commercial disputes, handled through mediation, arbitration or litigation. He has argued matters at both trial and appellate levels and has been appointed a Dispute Resolution Officer for the Superior Court of Justice in Toronto. Since 1998 he has sat on the Office of the Children's Lawyer panel, representing children in high-conflict cases and advising on complex family law issues affecting them. He also serves on the editorial review board of the Reports of Family Law and speaks conversational French. Stephen was called to the Ontario bar in 1992 after earning his LL.B. from Queen's University in 1990 and a Bachelor of Commerce with Distinction from McGill University in 1987.
