About Allan
Allan Wells is a partner at Osler and previously chaired the firm's Employment and Labour Department. Allan advises and represents management across labour and employment law, including executive compensation arrangements, human rights and workplace accommodation, employment contracts and policies, restructuring, plant closures, outsourcing, insolvency-related terminations, and occupational health and safety. Allan also counsels management on union organizing, collective bargaining, and the administration of collective agreements, and appears before courts, employment tribunals, the Human Rights Tribunal of Ontario, labour boards, and arbitration boards. Allan holds an LL.B. from Dalhousie University and a B.A. from the University of Manitoba.
