About Jessica
Jessica Herfst offers advice and representation for employers and employees in both public and private sectors on all aspects of workplace law. Herfst's work includes drafting and implementing workplace policies, day-to-day employment advice, wrongful and constructive dismissals, severance negotiations, and human rights and accommodation matters. Herfst works collaboratively with clients to pragmatically resolve disputes through settlement negotiations, mediation, and litigation when needed. As a workplace investigator, Herfst gathers evidence and interviews witnesses to provide clear, unbiased findings and recommendations. Herfst was called to the Law Society of Ontario in 2022.
