About Sudine
Sudine Riley began a legal career in Jamaica, representing clients in a range of criminal cases including sexual offences, narcotics, and murder, after earning an honours degree in history and philosophy from the University of the West Indies, an LL.B. from the University of London, and legal training at Norman Manley Law School. After relocating to Canada in 2018, Sudine volunteered with LGBTQIA+ organizations, then earned a Master's degree in Canadian Common Law at Osgoode Hall Law School and passed the Ontario Bar. Sudine now practices criminal law across Ontario, appearing in both the Ontario Court of Justice and the Superior Court of Justice, and joined Aitken Robertson in 2023 to focus on criminal defence with particular attention to sexual offence cases.
