About Lior
Lior Samfiru serves as National Co-Managing Partner of Samfiru Tumarkin LLP and heads the firm's Labour & Employment Law Group. His practice covers wrongful dismissal, severance pay, workplace harassment, and disability accommodations for both employees and employers, and he regularly appears in mediations and court cases up to the Supreme Court of Canada, though he represents clients only in Ontario. Lior created the Pocket Employment Lawyer and Severance Pay Calculator, online tools meant to help Canadians understand their workplace rights.
