He is an intellectual property litigator and life sciences lawyer who practises in all areas of intellectual property law, with particular experience in complex, high-stakes disputes. A focus of his practice is pharmaceutical patent litigation. He has acted for innovative pharmaceutical companies in proceedings under the Patented Medicines (Notice of Compliance) Regulations as well as infringement, impeachment, and damages actions. He maintains an active pro bono practice with a focus on housing law. He has a Ph.D. in Molecular Genetics.
