About Jennifer
Jennifer Lebbert earned her law degree from the University of Calgary in her hometown of Calgary, Alberta, and articled in-house at an oil and gas royalty company before being admitted to the Law Society of Alberta in 2019. She then joined the commercial litigation group of a large national firm, where her practice focused heavily on municipal planning law. Lebbert was called to the British Columbia bar and joined Refresh Law in 2021, and now lives on Vancouver Island, assisting clients with strata and tenancy matters on both the mainland and the island. She regularly appears before the Civil Resolution Tribunal, the Supreme Court of British Columbia, and the Residential Tenancy Branch, and her litigation background informs a critical, creative approach to each file.
