About Pearl

Pearl Onyema is a dual-qualified lawyer with international experience in corporate and commercial law and litigation. She obtained her Bachelor of Laws from Birmingham City University and a Master's in International Business Law from the University of Manchester, and was called to the Nigerian Bar in 2013, where she served as a senior legal officer in a government regulatory agency. She moved to British Columbia in 2018 and articled at a boutique Vancouver firm handling real estate, insurance and construction claims, volunteering with Access Pro Bono during her articles. At Haddock & Company, her practice includes co-operative housing law, construction law, strata property law and landlord and tenant law.
