About Andrea

Andrea Fammartino is an Associate whose work spans the Labour + Employment, Residential Tenancy, and Strata Property groups at the firm. Her strata-related matters include bylaws, employment issues, human rights complaints, defamation, development work, collections, litigation, construction disputes, and privacy concerns. On the tenancy side she has acted for landlords as well as tenants at hearings before the Residential Tenancy Branch, and within employment law she focuses on defending clients at Human Rights Tribunal proceedings. She also holds a visiting professor post at Simon Fraser University, teaching property law. Andrea has appeared as counsel at all court levels in British Columbia and before administrative bodies such as the Civil Resolution Tribunal. Away from work she likes hiking, spin classes, and traveling somewhere new.
