About Benjamin

Benjamin Meadow joined Refresh Law in early 2022 after practising at two Vancouver-based boutique litigation firms. Since his call to the British Columbia bar in 2016, his practice focused on insurance defence litigation, defending personal injury and property damage claims for commercial clients across different industries. He now advises and represents clients in strata disputes, residential tenancy disputes, property disputes, and construction disputes, drawing on experience acting for institutional insurance clients on both the plaintiff and defence side. Meadow completed his law degree at the University of Melbourne Law School in 2013 and a Master of Laws in Canadian Common Law at the University of British Columbia in 2015. He has resolved disputes through both the court process and alternative methods such as mediation and negotiation.
