About Ryan
Ryan Prokopishin joined Refresh Law in March 2025 after practising at a prominent civil litigation firm. Since his call to the British Columbia bar in 2018, his practice has focused primarily on personal injury matters in the BC Supreme Court. He now acts for clients in strata property disputes as well as residential and commercial tenancy matters, drawing on experience resolving conflicts through negotiation, mediation, and the courts. Prokopishin holds a B.Sc. in Biology and Chemistry from the University of Alberta and a J.D. from Thompson Rivers University.
