About Jeffrey
Jeffrey Lowe was Richards Buell Sutton's managing partner from 1989 to 1994 and again from 1995 until December 31, 2022. He specializes in mergers and acquisitions, intellectual property licensing, corporate finance, and franchising for corporate and high-tech clients, with work including biotech financing, educational institute transactions, and research institute formation. He holds a J.D. from the University of British Columbia (1982) and a B.A. from Simon Fraser University (1979), and was called to the bar in 1983. He was named King's Counsel in 2013, was recognized by Best Lawyers for Corporate Law from 2015 to 2023, and received the 'Advanced Education Lawyer of the Year - Canada' award at the 2018 Corporate LiveWire Legal Awards.
