About Benjamin

Benjamin Hagen is a member of Richards Buell Sutton's Commercial Real Estate and Real Estate Development Groups, acting for and advising clients on all aspects of real estate development, including purchases, land assemblies, financing, development agreements, subdivisions, marketing, and sales. He previously practised real estate development law in Ottawa and Vancouver, and maintains a professional interest in municipal planning through his background in geographic information systems. He holds an LL.B. from City, University of London (2012), a B.A. (Hons.) in Geography from Wilfrid Laurier University (2008), and a post-graduate diploma in Geographic Information Systems from the British Columbia Institute of Technology (2010). He was called to the bar in Ontario in 2014 and British Columbia in 2016.
