Matthew Stephen is a partner in the Business Law Group and a member of the firm's Mergers & Acquisitions and Private Equity Groups. His practice focuses on private corporate transactions for private equity houses, institutional investors, and management teams, with extensive experience in cross-border and global mergers and acquisitions. He qualified as a solicitor in England and Wales in 2011 and previously practiced as a senior associate in the London office of an international law firm.
