About Connor

Connor leads MT+Co.'s Workplace Law Group, advising employers and employees on wrongful dismissal, human rights claims, internal investigations, and employment standards. He has developed particular expertise in hiring, accommodating, and retaining employees with disabilities. He was called to the BC bar in 2015 and holds a JD from the University of Manitoba. He co-chaired the Canadian Bar Association's Labour Section from 2017 to 2019 and has been recognized in Best Lawyers: Ones to Watch for labour and employment law.
