About Arielle

Arielle Lavender specializes in reorganizing privately-owned businesses and partnerships, personal estate and incapacity planning, trust planning, estate administration, and related corporate matters, collaborating with clients and their advisors on succession planning and wealth preservation strategies. She chairs the firm's Student Committee and has served on the Canadian Bar Association Women Lawyers Forum Education Committee. She holds an LL.B. from the Universite de Montreal (2011), a J.D. from Dalhousie University (2012), and a B.Comm. (Hons.) from McGill University (2008), and completed the In-Depth Tax Course (Parts I and II) offered by Chartered Professional Accountants of Canada. She was called to the bar in British Columbia in 2014, having previously been admitted to the Barreau du Quebec (2013-2023) and in Ontario (2013-2014).
