About Jeff

Jeff Rochwerg is a workplace investigator and employment lawyer who advises both employees and employers. As an investigator, Rochwerg is regularly retained by public and private sector employers to conduct multi-party investigations on issues including harassment and discrimination, workplace and sexual violence, and financial improprieties. As an advocate, Rochwerg advises on discipline, termination, contracts, severance negotiations, and employment standards compliance. Before joining Turnpenney Milne LLP, Rochwerg practised at labour and employment firms and worked as in-house counsel at a large public sector organization. Rochwerg earned a JD from Osgoode Hall Law School (2013), an MA in Political Science from Carleton University (2008), and a BA (Hons.) in Political Science from the University of Western Ontario (2006), and was called to the Ontario bar in 2014.
