Karrin Powys-Lybbe is a partner at Torys and co-head of the firm's M&A practice. Her work spans M&A, securities law, along with corporate finance and governance matters, and she has been a long-time advisor to several clients, including entities in the Brookfield group. Karrin once held the role of managing partner at Torys' New York office and previously sat on the firm's Executive Committee. She is a member of the editorial board of Canadian Lawyer magazine and formerly served on the board of the Soulpepper Theatre Company.
