About Carson

Carson Davies is an associate in Waterstone's Chilliwack office practising in real estate development, commercial lending, and commercial and business law. As part of the real estate development group, he primarily acts for developers of projects on First Nations lands, as well as some proponents of projects within the provincial land title system. In banking law, he represents both lenders and borrowers, including in transactions involving First Nations lands, and he advises businesses on incorporation and restructuring and acts for commercial landlords on lease agreements. Davies holds a JD from Thompson Rivers University and a Bachelor of Management from the University of British Columbia, and was called to the bar in 2021. He is a director of Community Futures South Fraser.
