About Jason

Jason Collins maintains a corporate commercial practice focused on banking, debt financing, corporate reorganizations, share and asset acquisitions and dispositions, cross-border financial transactions, and general corporate and commercial matters, with a particular interest in advising entrepreneurs and startup businesses. He earned a Bachelor of Arts with honours from McMaster University in 2008 and a J.D. from the University of Calgary in 2013, and was admitted to the Alberta Bar in 2014. Collins is a member of the Law Society of Alberta.
