About Daniel
Dan Jukes joined Miles Davison as an articling student and was called to the Alberta Bar in 2007. His primary area of practice is bankruptcy and insolvency, though he also maintains a general litigation practice, acting for stakeholders in both personal bankruptcy matters and corporate insolvencies, including receiverships and CCAA proceedings. Jukes has presented on insolvency topics for the Legal Education Society of Alberta and at the annual forum of the Canadian Association of Insolvency and Restructuring Professionals. He earned his LL.B. from the University of Calgary.
