About Shira
Shira Dveris is an associate in Osler's Corporate Group, with work spanning corporate finance and securities, private equity transactions, mergers and acquisitions, and matters involving emerging companies. She earned her J.D. at Queen's University, where she worked as an analyst for the Queen's Conflict Analytics Lab, helping develop machine learning tools to improve investor protection in capital markets and access to justice. Dveris joined Osler as a summer student in 2020 and completed her articles with the firm in 2022. She holds a B.A. from the University of Manitoba. Dveris is a member of the Canadian Bar Association and the Ontario Bar Association.
