About Adam

Adam Marofke's practice focuses on family law, covering matrimonial property division, child and spousal support, custody disputes, mobility, and child welfare matters, alongside a general civil litigation practice. He has litigated in the Alberta Provincial Court's civil, family, and criminal divisions and the Alberta Court of King's Bench, and also represents clients in alternative dispute resolution. Marofke earned his J.D. from the University of Calgary Law School and was admitted to the Alberta Bar in 2016. In 2024 he completed mediation training and now offers divorce and family law mediation services. He volunteers with Calgary Legal Guidance and has worked as a caseworker with Student Legal Assistance and Pro Bono Students Canada.
