About Jason

Jason Beitchman leads the commercial litigation group, handling contract disputes, shareholder disputes, director and officer liability and civil fraud matters. Before joining the firm he spent seven years as managing partner of his own litigation boutique and began his career as a judicial law clerk to Justice Robert L. Barnes of the Federal Court of Canada. He is admitted to practice in Ontario and British Columbia and holds an LL.B. from the University of Windsor.
