About Adam
Adam Burt is a partner in the Corporate & Commercial practice group, advising clients on mergers and acquisitions, corporate reorganizations, financings and general corporate matters. He completed dual Canadian and American J.D. programs at the University of Windsor and the University of Detroit Mercy, graduating cum laude from the latter, and holds an honours degree in sport management from Brock University. During law school he interned at the Third Judicial Circuit Court of Michigan. Before joining Loopstra Nixon, he summered and articled at an international full-service firm in Toronto and was called to the Ontario bar in 2020; he is also admitted in New York.
