About Rahul

Rahul's practice focuses on domestic and cross-border debt finance, aviation finance, asset-based finance and commercial lending. He has experience representing lenders and borrowers in secured and unsecured financing transactions, and regularly advises aviation and aerospace clients on regulatory issues, leasing and aircraft and engine finance. He also assists clients with public and political law issues, including lobbying, gifting rules, conflict of interest regimes and election finance matters.
