Jared Schwartz advises regulated healthcare professionals on a broad set of regulatory concerns, from investigations and complaints to discipline proceedings, capacity inquiries, and registration matters. He serves as an advisor to healthcare practitioners, organizations, and entrepreneurs regarding their statutory and professional rights and obligations, along with ongoing compliance needs. When a matter calls for it, he provides representation and argues cases in court and before tribunals on healthcare and administrative issues. Away from the office, Jared spends much of his time raising his three young children with his wife. He also cycles regularly and enjoys reading fiction and history, along with collecting vintage jazz, soul, and Brazilian records.
