Julia Campbell

About Julia

Julia Campbell is an associate at Torys LLP in Toronto whose practice centers on litigation and dispute resolution. She graduated with the Gold Medal for Honours from the University of Western Ontario in Arts and Humanities and took first place in the 2024 Gale Cup Moot. During law school she worked for a major Canadian insurance company, conducting legal research and due diligence and helping roll out a large legal technology project spanning Canada and the United States. She was also active in student government, winning an at-large seat each year to represent fellow students, and she sat on several committees, including the Admissions Committee, Faculty Council, the Academic Planning Committee, and Dean's committees on mental health, DEI, and truth and reconciliation. Julia previously volunteered with Pro Bono Ontario and took part in the Police Oversight Working Group hosted by the David Asper Centre for Constitutional Rights.
